    Back open for business!

    We are very pleased to announce that we will be re-opening according to government guidelines, with increased safety measures in place to protect both our customers and our staff.

Re-opening for service & repairs next Tuesday (26th May) 


Our phone lines are now back open for enquiries. We are initially operating with reduced hours and staffing, so please bear with us while we try to accommodate your phone calls and bookings as best we can.

My appointment was cancelled due to COVID-19, what happens now?
We're busily contacting everyone who missed us while we were away. Whether you had an appointment booked, or your service or MOT has been due since we closed, we'll be in touch with you this week. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

Are you open for sales?
Although the showroom is currently closed, we are happy to accept enquiries via our website and over the phone. Our brand new website even allows you to purchase a used Suzuki online, either via finance or card payment, with home delivery. We can happily answer any of your queries with live calls or videos recorded by our sales experts. We're expecting our showroom will be fully up and running on June 1st.

What safety measures do you have in place at the Dealership?
The safety of our staff and customers is paramount to us. We are installing shields for our service reception staff, hand sanitiser stations and social distancing markers in customer areas, offering reduced customer waiting capacity, plus mandatory PPE for both our technicians and your Suzuki. Cash payments will no longer be accepted. Instead, you can pay via bank transfer, credit/debit card or WorldPay link.

How soon can I bring my car in?
We are currently dealing with a huge backlog of cancelled bookings from between March and May. Please expect a few leeks lead time on any non-urgent bookings.

I don't want to leave the house, how can I get my car to you?
If you are unable to bring your car to us, we are happy to collect and deliver your vehicle. Our drivers will be provided with all the relevant PPE, and both your keys and car will be sanitised before they are returned to you.

How can I make my car safer for you?
We kindly ask that you remove any personal belongings from your car before you bring it to us, that you travel to us alone where possible, and that you leave the windows open when you get here, to ensure the car is well ventilated for our staff.

What hours are you open?
We will be open 9am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday until further notice. This is subject to change if demand is high. Please note we will be closed Monday 25th due to the Bank Holiday. For key workers who require assistance outside of these hours, call Gavin on 07811 345273
