    Due to COVID-19, we are closed until further notice.

FOLLOWING A CHALLENGING FEW DAYS AND MUCH UNCERTAINTY, WE ARE SAD TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE WILL BE CLOSED FULLY FROM 5PM TOMORROW (27/03/2020). ALTHOUGH THIS WILL PROVE A TOUGH TIME TO MANY OF US, WE ARE SATISFIED THAT THIS IS THE BEST, AND SAFEST, DECISION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR STAFF.

I have a service booking with you, what happens now?
We will be closed and your appointment is cancelled. Our staff have been working hard to contact you all individually. We will contact you to rebook as soon as it is safe for us to reopen.

My car has broken down, can you help?
We would always encourage you to have breakdown cover, as we do not have the facilities to attend your vehicle in the event of a breakdown. Should you be a keyworker and have an urgent need to use your car, we may be able to provide emergency repair and/or a loan car to keep you on the road. If this applies to you, you can contact us on the details below.

What should I do if my MOT is due?
The DVSA has granted a 6 month extension to all MOTs that were due to expire on or after 30th March 2020. This is automatic and you will not receive paperwork to confirm this.

My service light has come on, does my car need servicing?
As annoying at that warning light or sign may be, rest assured it is NOT an indicator of your oil levels. The ‘change oil’ light on your dash is a time-based reminder, encouraging you to book an annual service. Delaying your service by a couple of weeks/months should not affect the health of your car.

Whilst we are closed for sales currently, you are welcome to contact us at sales@cropley-motors.co.uk, where our team will hopefully be able to answer any questions.
