    COVID-19 UPDATE

    Open for online sales and essential repair and MOT work.

As we enter another period of lockdown, we will be closing the showroom to physical sales from this Thursday (5th November).

We will continue to operate the dealership during lockdown with reduced staffing levels for MOT & repair work and online sales only.
 

Opening hours:

Monday - Friday  9am - 4pm
Saturday  9am - 12pm

Are you open for sales?

Although the showroom is currently closed, we are happy to accept enquiries via our website and over the phone. Our website even allows you to purchase a used Suzuki online, either via online finance application or card payment -  with home delivery direct to your door. We can happily answer any of your queries with live video calls or personalised pre-recorded videos by our sales experts. All of our cars can be delivered direct to your door, or you can click & collect from us at the dealership at a time to suit you.


FAQ


I have an appointment booked during lockdown, what happens now?
We will be in touch with all customers who are booked in with us during the next 4 weeks. All MOT and repair work will continue as usual. We would encourage service-only bookings to be postponed until December 7th onwards. If you no longer wish to attend, we will offer you the opportunity to move your booking.

Can I book an appointment?
Yes. During lockdown, our aftersales department will be open for essential work. This includes MOT and repairs. We will continue to issue MOT and service reminder notices as usual.

Will MOT deadlines be extended?
At this moment, there is no indication that this will happen, so we encourage you to have your vehicle MOT'd as normal.

What safety measures do you have in place at the dealership?
The safety of our staff and customers is paramount to us. We are confident in our COVID-19 safety measures. However, we would like to take the opportunity to assure you that we continue to sterilise all customer touch points, courtesy cars and waiting areas on a regular basis and in between uses. We have also increased the number of waiting areas around the dealership, to give you more personal space. We continue to encourage use of our hand sanitising stations and face masks are mandatory for all customers.

Can you collect and deliver my car?
While a collection and delivery service may be available, there will be reduced opportunity for us to offer this, as we will be running on a skeleton staff. Please speak to us if you need help with getting your car to the dealership.

How can I make my car safer for you?
We kindly ask that you remove any personal belongings from your car before you bring it to us, that you travel to us alone where possible, and that you leave the windows open when you get here, to ensure the car is well ventilated for our staff.

What hours are you open?
We will be open 9am - 4pm on Monday to Friday and 9am - 12pm on Saturday until further notice. This is subject to change if demand is high. If you are a keyworker and require our assistance outside of this time, you can ring Gavin Angood directly on 07811 345273.
