    COVID-19 & your safety at Cropleys Suzuki

    We are re-open for business as 'normal'. The safety of our customers and our staff is paramount to us, leading us to implement new hygiene and safety measures around the business.
The health of our customers and our staff is paramount to us and we have gone to great lengths to ensure your next visit to us is a safe one. We are installing shields for our service reception staff, hand sanitiser stations and social distancing markers in customer areas, offering reduced customer waiting capacity, plus mandatory PPE for both our technicians and your Suzuki. Unfortunately, cash payments will no longer be accepted. However, you can pay us via bank transfer, credit/debit card or WorldPay link.

A huge thank you to all of our customers for the patience, kindness and understanding that we have experienced so far, as we adapt to working in a diffferent way.
Should you be isolating, or at high risk of COVID-19, we are happy to arrange a contactless service, including home delivery or collection, online transaction, unaccompanied test drives and more - just let us know.
